Please be aware that the content can be used for future promotional materials for the league.

The winning meme will be selected by a panel of judges for its creativity, zeal, and fierce-iosity. The winning team will be awarded a coveted TOURNAMENT OASIS consisting of a private area with supple seating, refreshments, snacks, swag bag of goodies for each member of your team, and a crown for a day to enjoy while you await your next game on March 24th.


Memes should be emailed or submitted via dropbox to Chair@vgva.com before 11:59pm March 7th so don't delay!


Disclosures

OFFICIATING AND SCOREKEEPING:Officiating and Scorekeepers Clinics will NOT be offered at the tournament. Teams are still required to provide a NAGVA Certified First Referee and Certified Scorekeeper for all officiating duties at a NAGVA sanctioned tournament or face penalties. Players can now complete the certification process (First Referee and Scorekeeper) ONLINE before attending the tournament. Players will be viewed at the tournament for the practical evaluation. Players should complete the Online certification at least 10 days before the tournament. For details, visit the NAGVAwebsite.
EVENT CHANGES:Tournament Director(s) reserve the right to change match schedules to facilitate the tournament without significant notice.
RULES AND UNIFORMS:Queen Vicki is a NAGVA sanctioned tournament, therefore teams must abide by NAGVA rules. Each team member must have a jersey with a number clearly displayed on the back and front. More information can be found on the NAGVA web site
